Yes, service is the best! I was flooded with questions, but they answered immediately what was possible, what was not possible, why or why not, in a very polite and knowledgeable manner. They ship the dolls from the manufacturer and inspect them for any issues themselves to make sure the dolls are what you ordered and meet their high standards before shipping them to you.
